Hello!
I found TMJ and migraine relief through Physical Medicine. Trigger point therapy and the kind of injections where they go onto the ligaments on the spine. I also go to a chiro that can adjust my jaw.
I haven't had a migraine and until someone ran into my car 13 Nov, had not had jaw pain since May.
thanks for the tip....I absolutely reccommend bodywork ( chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, etc..) along with Natural TMJ Relief. Many patients could also benefit from a mouthguard or biteguard fabricated by a trained dentist as well. Everyone's TMD is different and it often takes multiple approaches simultaneously to get improvement.
